Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a little longer, and in rare cases a location may not be serviceable — if so, we'll contact you before processing the order.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once payment is verified.

Delivery charges

Delivery is priced per product because of the size and weight difference between a tabletop incubator and a full cabinet unit. The exact charge is shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden costs added afterwards.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most products. Some large machines ship on advance payment only due to their size and handling cost; this is clearly marked on the product page and at checkout, where bank transfer is required instead.

Tracking your order

Every order has an order number, sent to you by email. You can check its status any time on the Track Your Order page using that number and your email. We also email you when the status changes.

Damaged or delayed shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it or take photos before opening and contact us immediately. For delays beyond the estimates above, reach us at info@eggspertsolutions.comand we'll trace it with the courier.
