Yes, on most products. Some large machines ship on advance payment (bank transfer) only because of their size — this is clearly marked on the product and at checkout.

Choose Bank Transfer at checkout, transfer the total to the account shown, and upload a screenshot of the receipt. We verify the payment and then dispatch your order — you'll get an email at each step.

Every machine ships with a warranty against manufacturing faults, and spare parts (thermostats, trays, motors, probes) are available so a single failed part doesn't mean a new machine. See Returns & Warranty for details.

A good incubator holds stable temperature and humidity, which is what our machines are selected for. Actual hatch rates also depend on egg quality, storage and handling, so results vary — but stable conditions give your eggs the best chance.
