To process an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. If you pay by bank transfer, you also upload a payment receipt. If you create an account, we store your email and a securely hashed password — never the password itself.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.

• To respond to contact-form and support messages.

We do not sell your data, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Payment information

We don't take card payments or store card numbers. Cash on Delivery is settled with the courier; bank-transfer receipts are stored in a private location and are only ever viewed by our team to verify your payment.

Who we share it with

Only what's necessary to fulfil your order — for example, your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier delivering to you. Our website and database are hosted on reputable infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf.

Data retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@eggspertsolutions.com.
